Within Sweden
At Alessa, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping across Sweden. We work with the fastest delivery services to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Standard delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–5 business days.
Some items are available for preorder and typically take 20–25 days, depending on the product.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code via email, which you can also use directly on our website. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. If it’s still not working after that, just reach out to us at hello@alessa.se and we’ll contact the shipping company for you.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and order volume, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Abroad
For our international customers, we also offer shipping options, but please note that delivery times may be longer than within Sweden. Delivery times to international destinations vary by location and local customs regulations.
Some orders are preorder only and therefore usually have a delivery time of 20-25 days.
