Return policy
At Alessa, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
How it works
Returns can be initiated directly through our online Returns Portal. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the return portal.
Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or oil transfer (especially on delicate materials such as fur) may not be accepted.

Products must be carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Within EU: €25 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
- France: €30 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Outside EU: customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alessa cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by Alessa.
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and a return handling fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and logistics.
- Refunds are typically processed within 15 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request this through our return portal when submitting your return.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Returns sent without being registered in the Returns Portal may not be accepted.

Alessa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with an unusually high return rate.

Sale items or discounted items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
