Make a return

Choose the route that matches the country your order was delivered to. A return fee of EUR 25 is deducted from your refund, and returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery. If the piece is faulty or not what you ordered, the return is free.

Before you start

Keep the hang tag attached. Every garment is shipped with the hang tag attached. Once it has been removed the piece can no longer be sold as new, and we are unable to accept it back. Please leave the tag on while you try it on.

Have three clear photos ready. You will be asked to upload them with your request, and a request without them cannot be approved:

  1. The full garment, laid out flat
  2. The hang tag, still attached to the garment
  3. A close-up of anything you are reporting

Every request is reviewed by hand before a label is issued. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — items sent without an approved label cannot be processed.
