Alessa return policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any particular reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via return@alessa.se and inform us of your intention to return the product. You will receive instructions on how to complete the return.

  2. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, unused and with all associated labels and packaging.

  3. Please package the product well to ensure that it is not damaged during the return transport.

  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  5. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount you have paid for the product (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return.

 

Right of exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer service via return@alessa.se and we will help you arrange the exchange and ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping in connection with the exchange.
